You must read the Salon Policies before making your appointment. If you fail to do so and there is a violation your appointment may be cancelled.
Please arrive on time to your appointment to ensure your services run as smoothly as possible. As much as we would like, we cannot guarantee service for late arrivals. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to cancel your appointment and you may forfeit your deposit. Please schedule your appointment as far in advance as possible. Otherwise, please check the calendar for availability.
Due to the nature of hair styling, there are no refunds. If you are not satisfied with your hairstyle, we’ll be more than happy to resolve the issue – either at that time or at a mutually convenient time.
Please notify us at least 5 business days in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. A telephone call, e-mail or text message will suffice.
All appointments require a $25 deposit. In most cases, you will receive an invoice to pay via e-mail (ask for specifics). This time is reserved exclusively for you. If you cancel within five (5) business days of your scheduled appointment, you can use this deposit towards future services within 10 days of your cancelled appointment. If you cancel your appointment in less than three (3) days or are a no-show, we reserve the right to retain your deposit.

We love family & children. However, we use hot irons and scissors – and don’t want anyone to be injured while visiting the salon, least of all a child. Additionally, we are committed to providing a relaxing, stress-free atmosphere for everyone, and we don’t provide child care services. If you must bring your children with you for your appointment, they must be well behaved. Otherwise, no children are allowed unless they are getting serviced. Please plan accordingly.
Gratuity is not included in the price of services. If you are satisfied with your service, a 15% – 20% tip is customary and much appreciated. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know so we can make it right! Our primary objective is to ensure each service and visit meets your satisfaction.

We have essential hair care products such as olive oil, shea butter, tea tree oil and homemade natural products as well as the top natural hair care products such as Shea Moisture and Cantu Shea Butter. Please bring any products you’d like us to use for your style.
